Hi, I just read your question concerning your neck pain and your headache.

I can pretty much tell when I am about to have a migraine because I get a pain in my left shoulder. I starts on top of my shoulder and then spreads up the back of my neck and then into my head, face, jaw and it doesn't always stay in the same place, it jumps all around.Cry

I haven't been able to find any relief for this problem. I have tried muscle relaxers, and they don't help. Sometimes I try taking a pain pill if I have one and that helps a little but usually nothing works.

I am going to see a pain management physician in November, hopefully she will be able to find out what the problem is.

I can't afford botox injections or many of the procedures I hear about so I am limited on how our meeting will go.Sad

I hope you have some luck into finding help for your problem.Big Smile

    Karen
