Eating and sleeping can be very difficult during Migraine attacks. Some people do well with broths and soups rather than solid foods during Migraines. Care must be taken to be sure you get enough fluids so you don't become dehydrated. Meditation or relaxation may help with sleep. There are medications that could help with both nausea and sleep, so discuss those possibilities with your doctor who can talk with you about what's safe to take given your medical history and other medications you may be taking.
