You didn't give much context to your question, but let's see what we can do. For the average person, no, it's not normal. For someone having a Migraine attack, on the the other hand, these wouldn't be unusual symptoms. Still, even if you've been diagnosed with Migraine and are having these symptoms for the first time, you need to consult your doctor about them.
