How long have you lived there? Just a thought b/c if it hasn't been long and you are coming from a coastal area for example, perhaps your body is just adjusting to the decreased oxygen. An extreme example is altitude sickness (see link) but certainly if you've only been there a few weeks or maybe even months, maybe you are still in the adjusting phase. You might also need to rule out other health problems such as anemia or asthma which might not have been apparent at lower altitudes?
