Can Stadol Nasal Spray be injected IM? It burns my nose and throat. William.

Never inject any medication unless it is specifically formulated for and prescribed for injection. Stadol IS also made for injections, but it is a different formula than the nasal spray.
To clarify from your previous question, Stadol is NOT a Migraine abortive. It is an opioid pain reliever. This article should be helpful in clarifying the difference -- Preventive, Abortive, and Rescue Medications - What's the Difference?
