iv suffered migraine for 22 years always with aura that lasts for about 20 mins then headache that was controlled by over the counter med,they have never stopped me leading a normal life until 6 months ago when i became ill totally different symptoms id never had before,unbelievable headache,earache,stiff neck,nausea,vomiting,nystagmus,loss of vision,vertigo,constant yawning,depersonalisation and shear terror as to what was wrong with me,mri and cat scan normal,blood tests normal,ent normal,and 6 months later i still have a headache ear pain and stiff neck not as bad as it was but still there and my vision is still strange with zigzag and blurring and its never left me,i was told by neurologist i prob had basliar migrane and he refused to try me on medication to see if it would solve itself,i have to say its ruined my life i dont go out any more and have to live with constant pain 24 hours a day and not being able to see properly i dont think its right to be refused treatment because some doctors believe you have a simple headache.
