thank you john claude krusz and teri robert i always get something out of the information you post. but believe it or not there is noo team of specialists, just my family doctor and the surgeon that is going to do a full hip replacement on me in october. i was seeing a pain specialist but he wound up being a joke and just a pill pusher. so the family doc has been handling pain meds till my operation then he wants me to go to a different pain clinic. i am still getting the headaches on a daily basis. sometimes they are not as intenses as they were but they are always there. i have been on pain medication for at least the last 9 to 10 years. right now i am in so much pain from my back, my hip  plus my other health issues don.t help either. right now the doctor has me taking topamax then a cobination of either/or maxalt/imitrex as break through. the reason for 2 break thru meds is my perscription plan limits how many pills of maxalt/imitrex so i have to play this stupid game of which perscription can i have this week. and to tell you the truth after doing the matg on maxalt 18 pills in a 27 day period you do the math i am just so disgusted with the whole process. the imitrex is also limited too. so what does a person do? i am just physically exhausted and am tired of having to jump through hoops all the time. but i just try to keep a somewjat posiive attitude because i could really make things worse by being extra miserable.

                        thank you for listening,
