My BP goes quite high when I have a migraine. I take Bisoprolol as needed. I Started to take my blood pressure after reading an article about it and everytimes I have a migraine it goes up.

But now, the head pain is not a big issue anymore, meaning I have fewer then  few years ago. I do get high BP too when I have some sign of migraine like pain in my back on one specific spot I used to have at the same time. That pain is the only sign most of the time. On ordinary days my BP is fine.
