    Wow ! It's like I asked the question myself. I am going through the exact same thing. Same symptoms, same MRI results, even the same area of the brain(15  spots on brain but not typical ms lesions) ,all my symptoms point to MS. But none of my tests results do. My neuro diagnosed me with Transverse Myelitis.It's an autoimmune response in which the immune system attacks the spinal cord. It presents almost identical to MS. But TM is not progressive like MS. It does it's damage then you slowly get better.It can take up to 2 yrs to recover. But TM should not cause problems with my head and face. I get the same symptoms in my head as I do in my body. Never had migraines in my life until after the TM.Hope we both find some answers....Take care Theresa...
