Yes, it is possible to have both Migraine disease and cluster headaches. If  you think this is happening to you, and you haven't talked with your doctor  about it, please do. That can be a tough combination, so you're going to need  help from your doctor.

Is it possible that salt or sodium could trigger migraines? It may be my  imagination, but I think that when I eat too much salt, a migraine follows  shortly or at least within a day.
