Sharp pain after sneezing, left with bad headache?

Morning Headache - Not a sleep problem

I have been waking up with a headache every morning for a year now. The pain is in the front of my head and is so painfully. So far no migraine medicine has helped me. Something stronger for Migraines so won't have to take 2 to 8 Fioricet daily?
