moving into week 3 with topamax

well i am moving into week 3 with topamax, and had a good checkup with the doctor this morning. he decided not to up the dosage from 25 mg a day just yet. i am doing good so far and have seen a drop in the number of headaches, they also told me this morning that is is rheumatoid arthritis in my knees, and that they think it is in my spine...
