info about a type of migraine

Has anyone ever had any experience with something called a hemiparlegic(i'm not sure how it's spelled)?I ask because I was finially able to have a neurologist put a name to the migraine headaches I get.I'm so happy to know that I'm not having a stroke!I would appreciate any and all info!Thanks

Finding a new Dr.

My Dr. recently left my insurance network and I'm having a hard time trying finding a new one. I have being to two and they want to which the meds that I'm currently on, which actually works. Suffering going into the second week now!

I have made 3 trips to the emergency room in the last week to get injections for my migraine only to get a brief bit of relief. My medication that I take on a daily basis isn't working (duh even though the doctor thinks so). I am sick of taking shots in my arms for relief when they only last about an hr. New to the site
