the unavoidable trigger

i got out of my way to avoid my triggers. no perfume at all is allowed to be worn in my house ( all my friends know this) i don't eat onions anymore ( and that one really hurts my feelings) i gave up tuna, and regular coffee, i don't use splenda. but the one trigger that gets me, and i can't avoid it is the weather. woke up on... anxious about trip

Well I am heading to Dallas on Sunday to see Dr. Krusz on Monday and spend the week there hoping he can help me. 8 hospitalizations since Feb is riduculous. It has taken such a toll on my family.
