Visible vs. invisible illness...

The other day, at a UNC football game, I was hurt when a little kid smashed into my bad knee. I'm on crutches. The pain is much less intense than what I've learned to deal with from migraine-ville. Why do colds get more sympathy than migraines?

Right now, I've got a nasty cold on top of my migraine pain, which makes me feel like I'm living at the corner of Migraine Avenue and Cold Street. I hate Fall & Winter....

Just Sharing: I suffer from what I call sinus headaches, but have been diagnosed as migraines. As soon as the cooler weather starts my sinuses swell and I get headaches for 5-7 days at a time until the warmer weather comes in the spring.
