Migraines are getting worse

Hi,I am new to this site. Today is my day off and I have a migraine that started the day before yesterday. I hurt from my right eye all the way down to my diaphragm. Searching for an answer

Hi  I just got put on Topamax for migraines.  I have never gone so long with a continuous one.  I have all the symptoms of a stroke without the blood pressure issues.  No new stress in my life.  I am on 50mg now and working towards 100 mg. Going to the ER for that oh so painful shot!!!!!!!!
