Heat induced Migraines, metabolism, exercise?

Full Question: I get heat induced migraines. Can't increase metabolism without migraine. Need exercise! HELP!I experience seratonin syndrome if I take serotonin targeted maintenance meds and take my Max Alt. With every year that passes, I am gaining 10-15 lbs, which ups my blood pressure. There has to be something else.

My migraines started in 2000. At first I thought that it was the stress of my mother's illness and subsequent death. The intermitant eating and lack of sleep played havock on my body.
