No idea what to call this...

Thanks to all of you who suggested things on my last sharepost. I appreciate it. Since I was last on here, several things have changed. hopeless and lost

Headaches all day, every day for several years

Migraines and Other "Stuff".

I have had migraines for thereabouts 25 years. The frequency of feeling nauseated/vomiting has lessened immensely, now that I'm menopausal (55)....but the migraines nonetheless still appear.
