TM for over 9 months, no relief?

Full Question: I have had TM for over 9 months with no releif is this normal?   My neurologist has me on Topamax, nortriptyline, clonazepam, verapamil, tizanidine/Flexeril. I've even tried Imitrex. I have been making steady progress over the past 18 months in having fewer migraine attacks. I have survived the menstrual migraines to menopause and am now taking bio-identical hormones. Sigh.... They're Back!

I don't know what triggered them.  Maybe it was going without Cymbalta for two days (I ran out).  But my ice pick headaches came back!  This time instead of attacking me in the temple, they stabbed me more in the right part of the back of my head!!!  I took Imitrex and such hoping it'd make them go away permanently but didn't... Read moreChevron
