When i get my migraines that are intense and i can't control the pain the way i would like to I sometimes feel sorry for myself. But I found it helps for me to focus my thoughts on prayer. Which i do when i feel those waves of sadness coming over me. I PRAY FOR STRENGTH simply...to get through the pain and the sadness.

The Way I get through...most days....

I know my migraines are NOT terminal... some days they may feel terminal... they make me realize I need to be more thankful about who I am and what I have!!! There are many people worse off than I.... if this is the cross I must bear during this time of my life, I will bear it! (and try to learn the lesson I am supposed to be learning from it )
