This may seem stupid...

My neuro put me on Amerge for hormonal migraines.  My doc did not put me on an abortive since I had chest pains and breathing issues with Imitrex.  I have been on Amerge years ago and never had any issues with it at that time.  And really I need something to deal with the hormonal migraines, as Lyrica does not do anything to them... Read moreChevron

HelloJust wanted to say Hi and I am glad to find this website with so much information.I have had migraines since the ripe old age of 12 and now at 51, still haven't found anything to prevent them. I am a ginny pig for all new options.

My Topamax Side Effects - Typical but Grateful!

Just noting Topamax side effects.  I'm on 75mg - coming up on the 100mg very soon.  I do have the tingling sensations, losing train of thought, and I have my moody moments (but no lashing outs).  I have found that I don't care to eat as much, but I still eat.  I had a migraine early this morning.  But glad to say... Read moreChevron

My history of...
