going gluten-free - for real this time

A Painful New Years

Well, 2007 went out with a bang and 2008 came in with a roar. I have meningitis and its exacerbating my migraines. Really a great combination. Thus ended the pure trial of verapamil.

I just got back from the psychiatrist's office, explaining how I feel lately, and she raised my cymbalta to 90mg instead of the 60 that I was on.
