another day, another headache

I have been battling this headache it feels like for the past 4-5 days....It has changed and I have been pain free at moments but it just keeps coming back---or a whole new one begins. I don't want to be on meds forever!!!

My migraine started 9/10/07 after a tilt-a-whirl ride with my kids at a carnival.
