Still having headaches

Thanks to all of you who suggested things on my last sharepost. I appreciate it. Since I was last on here, several things have changed. My doctor has taken me off of the propranalol because it was doing absolutely nothing for me. Anti-nausea med helped my headache?

I woke up today with a headache (again). I came to work hoping I could beat it. As the morning went on, my head hurt worse. I took 2 Tylenol (I'm working on quitting this, already quit Excedrin 2+ weeks ago! yay me!) and it didn't help a darn bit. Tengo una migraña (I have a migraine)

Daughter with daily headaches following accidents?

Full Question: my daughter was involved in 3 accidents in one night while coming home with a relative of hers. that was back in October and she is still having headaches every day, having to take Tylenol at least once a day.
