feeling cranky

I've been in a bit of a funk the past few days, so I decided it was time to get some of it off my chest. I'm still (mostly) keeping to my diet: no wheat/gluten, dairy, MSG, caffeine, alcohol, artificial sweetners; minimize sugar, salt. balance and the migraine lifestyle

This weekend was a back-to-back migraine weekend. I had severe migraines both days. Saturday's got better after some Imitrex + ibuprofen and a nap. Sunday's I just had to sweat through as I was at my triptan limit for the week.
