Doctor appointment in the morning

It has been way too long since I've been on here. I need to get on here more often. :-/ Anyways, my headaches have actually been doing really well. I haven't had one in quite a long time. Exercise induced migraines

I often get very bad headaches after exercise, which I assume to be migraines.  I get the visual aura, followed by debilitating headaches.  Are these migraines and can they be prevented?
