9/10/07 #9 - Triggers are heat, sunlight, bright lights. What more can I do?

Full Question:Hello, I have had migraines for 20 years I am a 41 year old female. My triggers are heat and sunlight and bright lights. I use very dark sunglasses. They only help 50% of the time. Doctor won't listen

What's your opinion on this...I took Zonegran 2 years ago as a preventive, and it worked very well.  I was weaned off of it because my migraines stopped, and I haven't had any until this month.  I have had 6 migraines this month.  All are triggered by exercise.  My new doctor told me to drink more... Read moreChevron
