Please help

Hello, I woke this morning with a migraine and my period.  I had a sample of Frova and it did not work at all, so I took imitrex after a while.  It went away partially, now back totally.  I've taken vicodin but seems to make it worse.  Should I dare take another imitrex??  I've done that one other time. ... Read moreChevron

Anyone with BAM who has these symptoms?

I have BAM, Basilar Artery Migraine. Side Effects?

Hi I been taking Topamax for about 4 weeks now and I been experiencing blurred/double vision, pain in the upper arms, a shortness of breath feeling, overheating easily, bad drowsiness, and nausea. Does anyone experience the same side effects and if so, did they go away as you continued to take this medication? Thanks.

Safe meds to abort BAM

Are there any safe medications to help alleviate a Basilar Artery Migraine once it starts? I know that I have to stay away from triptans, but is there anything else that I could try to stop them? Jefferson Headache Center experience?

Has anyone been to the Jefferson Headache Center in Philadelphia? I most likely have Basilar Artery Migraines with no pain. No one in my area has much experience with it.
