I am a working drummer and drum teacher. Midrin works best for me. I tried Relpax  axert . Midrin much cheaper.Also Omega fish oil tabs. My pain is not as strong and dose not as long. 9/10/07 #9 - Triggers are heat, sunlight, bright lights. What more can I do?

Full Question:Hello, I have had migraines for 20 years I am a 41 year old female. My triggers are heat and sunlight and bright lights. I use very dark sunglasses. They only help 50% of the time.
