I WON!!!

I WON my SSDI case! Now I have to wait for the letter that tells me what my backpay is and my monthlly pay. This is such a relief as we have been living off of my husband's SSDI for the past two years and found ourselves dipping more and more into the savings account. I think I WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my hearing for SSDI on June 11 and my lawyer says I won even though the judge didn't say anything. My lawyer believes this because the only questions the judge ask the voc rehab lady is 'is there a job that will allow me to take 8 breaks a day?' Of course she said no. Sigh.... They're Back!

I don't know what triggered them. Maybe it was going without Cymbalta for two days (I ran out). But my ice pick headaches came back! This time instead of attacking me in the temple, they stabbed me more in the right part of the back of my head!!! I took Imitrex and such hoping it'd make them go away permanently but didn't... Lost Round Two with SSDI

Lost my appeal to my application denial on SSDI. They acknowledged my disabilities but still feel that an employer can accommodate my migraine issues and fibromyalgia issues and I can can continue to work as a computer operator.
