i have been to the emergence room 10 time in the last 7 months for migrains. they say that it is to many the medication that i am on is not working any more. the doctor tells me that i have a type of migraine which hard to get hold of. unsure what to do

PREVENT: Dehydration,sleep deprivation,crying,diet drinks,chocolate.

I have found if I drink unsweetened tea (very weak) all day long, I not only have lost weight, but do not crave the coffee and diet drinks.  It takes a while, but you will find its so worth it.  Get as much sleep as you can...10 hours if possible.  If you get upset and cry and cry and cry ...just prepare yourself for one...most of... Read moreChevron
