Taking 25mg Topamax. Would increasing dosage help?

No more urgent care!

Topamax has stopped working, now getting side effects. Suggestions?

Full Question: Hi, Is it possible that after being on Topamax for over 10 years that it is not longer effective and should I consider going off the drug for a while or permanently?
