Side Effects?

Hi I been taking Topamax for about 4 weeks now and I been experiencing blurred/double vision, pain in the upper arms, a shortness of breath feeling, overheating easily, bad drowsiness, and nausea. Does anyone experience the same side effects and if so, did they go away as you continued to take this medication? Thanks.
