Heat induced Migraines, metabolism, exercise?

Full Question: I get heat induced migraines. Can't increase metabolism without migraine. Need exercise! I thought this was amusing!

I had an epiphany while working out today. Most typical days working out, I struggle with frequent dizziness. Note that I also work out in my basement under florescent lighting. Last week I joined a gym in hopes of building some muscle strength. I have fibromyalgia and I am guessing that the fibromyalgia along with no exercise in years is the culprit.
