25 and Starting to Get Migraines

I never had migraines growing up, but now that I've reached the age of 25, I've started to develop serious migraines. Sometimes it is so bad that I can't even get out of bad, and just have to lay in the dark and silence.   I can't figure out what the trigger is, although drinking caffeinated beverages sometimes eases the pain.
