Reading, sewing, computers = migraines???

O.k, so now I'm wondering what migraines will take away next. I've noticed for some time now that if I'm working with my head bent like when your reading a book, sewing or working on something, I always seem to end up with a migraine. Hope after many years of pain with topamax

It took me over 3 months to build up to 100 mg of topamax. I started with the 25 for a week, then the 50 I stopped at 50 my migraines stopped. I had some pretty severe side effects, dizzy, heart palpitations, anxiety, those were the worst.......oh and the night terrors! THE CHANGE OF HOPE

 On a good day hope abounds.Maybe I'll go for a walk today.Read that great book I just bought.Apply for that new job.Dream about that vacation I want to take. On a bad day . . . a day with a migraine.The only hope I have is for less pain.My world becomes so small.
