How do you get thru the day when all you feel is pain?

The pain is so bad at times that it truely hurts to breath. My hair hurts, and my skin hurts from touching the bed sheet. I can't talk, can't walk, and sometimes don't recognize my own children.   How do you get thru this? resting comfortably

My head and I haven't been fighting fairly lately. I spent much of the day in bed totally relaxing and eating (like the entire house) but that's okay. I want to keep the bad head things way away from me.   I'd love to have a pain-free week! Maybe this will be the one!

eek! holy medical days, batman

gosh, it's been a long couple of days. had to go to the ER last night, today i had trigger point injections and PT for my elbow.    the er visit was really good- kind doctors and great nurses.
