Familiar Light

 Oh, yes, that familiar light. The light that holds its painful beauty. Will it light my path? Will it stay for long? Shall I welcome it, shall I curse it. Its beauty is but a mirage as it takes my brain to a place of desperation to escape the pain that awaits. I go for its cruel ride until it releases me.
