Help. I get Optical migranes... i lose partial vision, and get numbness in my fingers, no pain??

I have been getting "optical migranes" for about 4 yrs now. THey come on suddenly, and i can feel it because i get the aura. There is no pain, or headache. They last about 25 minutes.
