Daily Migraines on Topamax, verapamil, and Cymbalta?

Full Question: I get daily migrains. I am on !25 mgs of Topaamx, 520 mgs of Verapamil,and 60 mgs of cymbalta.   I also take releplex or frova when the paim starts. Just trying to find something that works

Ok i will start by saying that i have had migraines since i was six yrs old. I dont remember the med that they dr put me on then. All i know is a side effect was weight gain. The Verapamil waiting game part 3.

So, seven days ago, I had my dose of verapamil raised again. I had just finished part 2 of the waiting game, and had seen some good results. Fewer migraines, and less intense migraines. Verapamil works so far.

I've had migraines since age 3. At 38 or thereafter they increasingly got worse, almost daily. I also battle Hortons during spring, summer and fall. The 6 Imitrex/ month doesn't cover much.
