Suffering Worse

I have been taking Plaquenil for 27 days as of today.  The first two weeks I hurt worse than I have ever hurt in other places before! My fingers in my joints hurt so bad it's hard to type. Feeling alone

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 9 years ago and now i am trying once again to get stable on meds. I have alot going on in my life and my panic attacks have been through the roof. Weight Loss

HiCan someone suggest a good weight loss pill that will not adversely affect my high blood pressure medications ???  I prefer herbal suggestions if possible. I'm discovering weight loss lessens my pain intensity. Thank you for any and all suggestions.
