What are some creative techniques that are used with children diagnosed with ADHD?(parents and families feedback are warranted). How has life been after being diagnosed or living with someone diagnosed with ADHD?

Anyone else depend on xanax?
I am a very nervous person with panic attacks and xanax is the only drug that works for me. I have been on xanax for 8 yrs and when I moved down here every doctor I go to doesnt want to prescibe xanax.
