Suffering Saturday

Living With Migraines Everyday

Hi Everyone,  I have always had migraines but they have gotten after I had taken a seizure in 2003. I went to my naturpath and was astounded with what she found

I have migraines and I also have RLS (restless leg syndrome). I went to see my naturpath mainly because of the RLS (I have all but given up hope that anything can be done about the migraines)Anyway, she poked my scalp here and there and it REALLY HURT. infrared sauna

I am wondering if using an infrared sauna would help with migraine prevention. (Yes I drink water while inside it and after.) I also have a very tight stiff neck and shoulders and just the very beginnings of osteoarthritis. They are used partly for detoxification and the heat is relaxing but can also cause vasodilation.
