Finally getting there

So I am now well on my way to getting the right treatment. I met my new pcp today who actually cares and understands as she is a migraine sufferer herself. She offered to refill my meds until i can get in to see the neurologist she recommended to me. I should get a call next week letting me know when I have my first appt. Just finished tests re: migraines!!!

Has anyone out there had a TEE.  No I'm not making this up.  The doctor numbed my throat and had an IV going.  Then he inserted a flexable hose (w/a camera on the end of it) down my throat to look at my heart.  He said that they were looking for a hole in my heart that could be associated with migraines.  Needless they... Read moreChevron
