Another day

Well today has been a little better, after reading some posts on the forum about rebound headaches i decided to give the fioricet a rest, i have taken some ibuprofen today and even though im feeling something in my head it isnt pain, just a dull sensation..kinda like the migraine is telling me "im still here dont get too comfortable"... what meds? do they work???
