Too sensitive about the use of the word "Migraine"?

I had plans with a friend on Monday. I had to cancel because I had a migraine. She said "Oh, I'm about to get Migraines too because we're remodeling the kitchen". I knew it was too good to last... panicking a little

I have been relatively stable on Imitrex injections 2-3 times a week. My health care will no longer allow more than 2 shots per mo. Praying the neurologist will be helpful. Just want to steer clear of as much pharmaceutical involvement as I can. I just kicked Lexapro, and that was not easy...Okay that's it.
