Something that would help a lot of us-Capsaicin (pepper) spray

Migraines return after 8 years.

I had hormonal migraines for years, which stopped after a hysterectomy.  I was migraine free for 8 years then in January of this year, boom ! a migraine.  I was averaging one every 3 days until I got to a neurologist and got on preventative meds - zonegran.  So far the preventatives are working. Does anyone else have... Read moreChevron

I have read many of the post's here and it helps me to see I am not alone, although it often feels that way. Family and friends that have not ever suffered from pain cannot understand how this can control your life. My co-workers (all firefighters and men) don't really get that it isn't just a headache.
