Dentist suggests devices to wear at night...

I mentioned my migraines to my dentist today and he suggested a custom made little pieces that clips to your front teeth to keep you from clenching your teeth at night that can relieve both migraines and tension headaches.  Insurance doesn't cover it and it costs $500.  I'm not sure if I clench at night.  Is it worth... Read moreChevron

Christmas with a migraine
