Alone inside my head!

Dentist suggests devices to wear at night...

I mentioned my migraines to my dentist today and he suggested a custom made little pieces that clips to your front teeth to keep you from clenching your teeth at night that can relieve both migraines and tension headaches. Christmas with a migraine

Late in the night on Christmas Eve I had a horrific migraine. I took a Maxalt and a Phenergan for the nausea and attempted to go to sleep.
