Had appt. with MS specialist yesterday.....what a frustration

I posted on Sunday that I was seeing an MS specialist at the Cleveland Clinic yesterday. What a joke. I am so frustrated that I don't know if I should cry or spit nails. Sharing your knowledge

On one hand I am so excited and on the other hand, I am deeply saddened that another in my extended family is suffering in much the same way as I have with her migraines. The excitement is in the ability to pass on the information and knowledge regarding the family history (although extended) and that she is still young enough not to have suffered... I'm the day after a migraine yet I still feel exhausted. Any suggestions on relieving this feeling. I do experience this usually but not to this degree.
