Had appt. with MS specialist yesterday.....what a frustration

Sharing your knowledge

On one hand I am so excited and on the other hand, I am deeply saddened that another in my extended family is suffering in much the same way as I have with her migraines. I'm the day after a migraine yet I still feel exhausted.  Any suggestions on relieving this feeling.  I do experience this usually but not to this degree.
