help!!!!!

I went to my nurologest yesterday, when I left I was completely dumbfounded and upset. I had a migrain for 8 day and which I had actually went to the hospital for treatment because my meds didn't work, missed a shift and a half of work. Feeling a bit better

As of late I have been feeling better and I'm not totally sure why. My medication is the same Fluvox and topiramate before bed. I haven't had to take additional meds for headaches much lately. Exercise

I have started exercising and going to the gym and working out for 30-45 minutes 4 days a week and I have noticed a great improvement in my migraine attacks.
